About Me

Heather has always had a great love for animals and can never remember a time in her life that she was not surrounded by dogs and cats. She has shown, bred and owned gundogs for well over 45 years.

In 2007 some of her beloved Labrador dogs were diagnosed with health issues that also included hip and elbow dysplasia requiring them to undergo orthopaedic surgery.

After their surgeries, Heather became interested in reading books and learning anything related to canine massage therapy which would help her in easing their ongoing problems.

She has since undertaken a certified Canine Myofunctional Therapy course through the National College of Traditional Medicine in Melbourne and a certified vocational course with Pet Massage USA and is a member of SAENA (small animal & equine naturopathic association)
